Zoom Classes
Links for the Zoom Classes will be sent the day before the class. Please be sure your props are handy: yoga mat, 2 or 3 yoga blankets, 2 long belts (9' are best), a chair, and a wall the width of a yoga mat.
Live Classes
Students who come to my studio need not bring equipment. Please do not attend live classes if you are sick.
Cost
COST is $10/class paid one at a time or in multiples. You can pay by:
