Zoom Classes

Link for the zoom classes will be sent the night before. Please be sure your props are handy: a yoga mat, two sturdy blocks, 2 or three yoga blankets, 2 long belts (9'), a chair, and a wall the width of a yoga mat. Call well ahead if you need to borrow some props from me. If you want to be put on the list (or taken off) send me an email.

Live Classes

Students attending live classes MUST wear a mask, practice social distancing and bring own yoga mat. Do not come if you are sick!

Cost

Cost is $10/class.
You can pay for classes one at a time or in multiples.

The cabin is now open for bodywork (MASKS AND IMMUNIZATION REQUIRED). One hour sessions cost is $60. Call 244-5756, text 207-664-8050, or email pfox275@gmail.com to schedule.

ON ANOTHER NOTE:

If you have a physical or health-related problem I may be able to give advice and self-help techniques. This could be done online on Zoom one-on-one. The charge is $60/hour and includes a phone conversation (or outdoor walk conversation) beforehand.
